Men’s work for me is how we relate to ourselves as men. It goes beyond masculinity and asks us to get in touch with what it means to embody the male form in its entirety.
It encompasses and focuses on how we relate to other men, specifically our Fathers, Grandfathers and brothers.
Brotherhood is potent medicine it allows us to be seen in our journey and allows us to get in touch with our true essence and authentic self.
The spaces I provide encourage you to show up just as you are. All is welcome from anger, grief and sorrow to joy, bliss and ecstasy. We create a container together to go inward and find the answer to the questions you seek about yourself.
These supportive, non-competitive environments allow you to open up to who you truly are and enjoy deep and meaningful connections with Men on who are on a similar journey to you!
Are you interested in joining one of our circles, retreats workshops or a one-to-one session with me?
We are living in challenging and amazingly progressive times. There is a huge shift in global consciousness, a psychedelic renaissance and the rise of positive masculinity is part of it. Roles are changing. Men are stepping into vulnerability, accountability and starting to really feel their bodies and emotions. We are in this together as men to learn to develop, grow and support each other in a non-judgmental, heart centered way.
As the poet David Whyte so beautifully shares:
“Vulnerability is not a weakness, a passing indisposition, or something we can arrange to do without, vulnerability is not a choice, vulnerability is the underlying, ever present and abiding undercurrent of our natural state. To run from vulnerability is to run from the essence of our nature, the attempt to be invulnerable is the vain attempt to become something we are not and most especially, to close off our understanding of the grief of others.”
There is so much to be learned from coming together and sharing open and honestly about how we feel and what is going on for us. It gives us a shared sense of humanity, that we all go through similar hardships and moments of suffering. We can also recognize our weaknesses and short-comings as part of the human condition which can be addressed and teased out with support.
As men we have a hard time going into the wounds but there is great strength and courage in that. Working together we don’t just benefit ourselves individually but all of humanity.
I’m building community where we can come together as a tribe to break old patterns, stereotypes and social norms that no longer serve us. There is great strength and power in the circle to support us on our journey
Now is the time to work on yourself, to step into your true power. To be witnessed and seen. For your truths to be heard. We can make change together as brothers. Are you ready to join?
