A circle where men can be seen, heard and supported
Men’s work is a space to set down what you’ve been carrying alone, feel more fully and step into grounded, accountable strength. Join a circle, a retreat or a workshop, or go deeper with a three or six month mentoring programme, online and in person.

Why men are coming together now
We’re living through challenging and amazingly progressive times. Roles are changing, and more men are stepping into vulnerability and accountability, and starting to really feel their bodies and emotions.
There is so much to learn from sitting together and sharing openly about how we feel and what is going on for us. It reminds us that we all go through similar hardships. Our weaknesses and shortcomings stop being something to hide and become part of being human, something we can work with, with support.
I’m building a community where we can break old patterns, stereotypes and social norms that no longer serve us, in a non-judgemental, heart-centred way. When you do this work, it doesn’t only change you. It changes the people around you.
As men we have a hard time going into the wounds, but there is great strength and courage in that.
Is this for you?
You don’t need any experience of personal development, therapy or spirituality. You just need to be curious and willing to show up honestly.
- You’ve been carrying things on your own and you’re tired of it
- You’re going through a transition: a breakup, becoming a father, a career change or a loss
- You want deeper, more honest friendships with other men
- You’re ready to look at your relationship with your father, and what you learned about being a man
- You feel disconnected from your body, your emotions or your sense of purpose
- You want to be strong without having to be hard
Ways to work together
Some men start in a circle, some on a retreat or at a workshop. Every path leads to the same place: knowing yourself more honestly, with other men beside you.
Gather with other men
There is great strength and power in the circle. Being witnessed by other men is often where the deepest shifts happen.
Men’s circles
Regular gatherings where men sit together, speak honestly and listen without fixing or judging. Simple, steady and powerful over time.
Men’s retreats
Time away from everyday life, in nature, with space for deeper inner work, movement, ceremony and real connection.
Rites of passage
Marking the thresholds in a man’s life with intention, so change is honoured and integrated rather than just endured.
Workshops
Focused sessions that go deep on one theme, for festivals, communities and groups.
Healing the father wound
Exploring what we received, and what we missed, from our fathers, and how it still shapes the way we love, lead and see ourselves.
The four male archetypes
Working with the king, warrior, magician and lover to understand the energies within you and where they’ve been wounded or out of balance.
Masculinity and the inner warrior
Reconnecting with healthy strength, boundaries and purpose, and learning to use your power with care.
Men’s mentoring, one to one
Circles open the door. Mentoring is where you walk through it. Over three or six months we work together, one to one, on what matters most in your life right now, with a clear structure, steady support and someone in your corner the whole way.
3 months
A focused reset
For a man at a crossroads who wants clarity and momentum. We name what’s really going on, work on one or two core areas and build practices you can keep for life.
Suits you if you’re facing a specific challenge, transition or decision.
6 months
Deep transformation
For a man ready to change patterns at the root. With more time, we go into the father wound, relationships, purpose and the body, and give new ways of being time to settle in and hold.
Suits you if you want lasting change across your whole life, not just one part of it.

I can only describe Darragh and the team as truly transformative. I was apprehensive, as this was out of my comfort zone, but after the first evening of honest, heartfelt conversation I felt right at home. I’m a better person coming away from this retreat.
Darragh was an excellent facilitator and a great human being who helped us all through a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Questions men often ask
Something else on your mind? Get in touch.
What is men’s work?
Men’s work is the practice of men coming together, or working one to one, to look honestly at their lives, emotions, relationships and patterns. It draws on psychology, somatic practice and ancestral wisdom, and the support of other men, to create lasting change.
Do I have to share in the circle?
No. You’re always free to listen and pass. Most men find that once they hear others speak honestly, sharing becomes easier than they expected.
I’ve never done anything like this. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many men arrive feeling apprehensive and out of their comfort zone. The space is built so you can go at your own pace.
Is this therapy?
No. Men’s work is supportive and can be deeply healing, but it isn’t a replacement for therapy or medical care. If you’re working with a therapist, the two often complement each other well.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is agreed by everyone in the circle, and everything shared in one-to-one sessions stays between us.
Do you work online?
Yes. One-to-one mentoring is available online worldwide, and some circles run online. Retreats and workshops are in person.
Can you bring a workshop to my festival, club or workplace?
Yes. I run men’s workshops and talks for festivals, sports clubs, community groups and organisations. Get in touch to talk about what would suit your group.
Should I choose three or six months?
Three months works well for a focused challenge or transition. Six months gives space to work on deeper patterns and let change settle in. We’ll decide together on your consultation call.
How much does mentoring cost?
Mentoring programmes start from €2,999. I offer a sliding scale, because I want this work to be available to men who need it, so we can talk openly about what’s affordable for you on your consultation call.
How do I get started?
For circles, retreats and workshops, get in touch. For mentoring, book a consultation call and we’ll see whether the three or six month programme suits you.
There’s a place for you in the circle
Now is the time to work on yourself, to be witnessed and to have your truth heard. We can make change together, as brothers.
